if i knew then ,what i know, now i never would have switched from state farm to this company,i have had major damage to my home.property+car as a result of tropical storm irene and these people and their subsidiary company the fountain group are pass the buck, put you thru the ringer cheap,add insult to injury make you jump thru hoops over meaningless details.7 days no power tons of damage + they dont wanna pay out anything and keep all they can,steer really clear of them. every1 i know with damage had checks cut on the spot from their other carriers for what we all went thru,good ones to be able to do repairs + get back to normal,i havent put in a homeowners or flood claim with them ever. and only 2 small ones to any1 in 25 years l.m. made undervalue mistakes in their favor on the flood,homeowners and auto paperwork i caught and i sent them the reciepts! they had the info on the flood 1 in the adjusters files,this company is aweful.the worst most painful experience i've ever had.they dont deserve the business cuz they will only give you"the business".they will make you sick to your stomach if you have to file a real serious claim. 35b272c
