Ms Leeson is a claims specialist assigned to INVESTIGATE if my work injury is pre existing. Every few weeks she calls and asks for more information for HER investigation. I am handicapped and do not understand the wording in what she is asking for. Today Feb 16, I asked Ms.Leeson to allow me to speak with someone who can be more sensitive to my capability of understanding and Ms Leeson hung up the phone! Disgraceful and totally unacceptable. Liberty Mutual? "Whats your responsibilty" is their logo!

I hung up the phone after you began swearing and raising your voice. I actually told you I would end the call if you continued to speak in that manner. Please tell the phone story if you are going to post my name in a public forum. 

I will refrain from using yours as that would be as unprofessional as you have been in this situation.
