While shopping for new insurance I decided to transfer all polices to Liberty Mutual. Meeting with the agent I speifically asked about accident forgivens. This was critical since I have a teenage boy. The agent said no problem we have that and can include it on your policy!.

In February my son has an accident:. I called Liberty Mutual and the claims process was great.. Also spoke with my agent and again confirmed that I should not see an increase on renewal'. They confirmed no increase since you have accident forgiveness?.

When I got the renewal guess what? We had an increase and to find out after a couple calls, accident forgiveness only applies to those drives with 5 or more years of experience'. I never was covered with my teenage!.

The agent that sold this policy has left the company and all I am getting now is an apology!. Unbelievable. I am the one that is getting punished. 35b21b7
