My brother got hit by one of their clients in their work vehicle. Everything went fine everyone was ok, the guy in the work truck was at fault so they towed the car to a place to get it fixed (mostly cosmetic, wheel well bent, front driverside bumper smashed lights etc). The company who is fixing the car is waiting on an adjuster for $1600 to fix the car. The adjuster dodges calls along with the guy doing the claim. The car has been in the shop over 2 months. 2 week rental expired and had to pay $700 for 2 weeks to work. Ended up losing my job because i couldn't deliver the food because i had no car. Call the company and it's all automated, if i get a live person on the phone they transfer you to another
automated system. I got transferred 4 times in 20 minutes and no one can help me. When i can get someone, They act like im trying to scam them out of money when their client hit me. They transfer me to the agent who just has it go to voice mail. No
call backs, nothing. Can't even complain to anyone at the company because no one answers. Had my brother get
ahold of them once and he went off on the guy and now he can't get ahold of anyone!. I had the car a total of 2 months before they hit me:. I have no Car, no money for a new one, and no Check.. If you call these guys at 4 PM they will just jump you around and transfer you then when 5 PM hits it magically disconnects you'. I am so frustrated with these guys it's not even funny?. I can't even complain to anyone?. This should be illegal'. I tried talking to the mechanics working on my car and he laughs saying that this happens on every car they get with this company and this agent". The agent lives in dallas which is 3 hours away. SIGH. I know people who went to jail for a lot less then this, yet these guys get away with it and probably charge their clients an arm and a leg. I would hate to see what happens to someone who is actually injured. 35b2311
