I hit an amradillo with my brand new PT Cruiser. tha car lost all its water and 3 quarts of oil left the engine and ended up sprayed under the engine of the car and the underside of the body.
Liberty Mutual paid for the bodywork repairs to the car but the bodyshop is not able to find where the oil left the engine.
They diagnosed 3 quarts missing from the engine, they say it cooked from the engine.
They are unable to say through which port or seal the oil left the engine and liberty mutual are unwilling to pay for this car to be taken to Chyler for for investigation and remedy of this.
The car is still at the bodyshop. i cannot drive this car while i or they do not know if this will happen again. I am already $1500 out of pocket with copays/ car rental etc... and i cannot afford to be stranded at the side of the rd with this car. My car is my livelyhood.
LIBERTY MUTUALS coprehensive insurance policy seems to be, Lets try and avoid paying for fixing their insurees vehicles and hoping the customer will take it up the>>>>> 12a685a

When I hit a deer they wrote me a check the next day to fix my car. No delays ever for me or my family with Liberty. You probably have maintenance issues and insurance does not cover poor maintenance. |
