The roof of my condo was penetrated by rain by Hurricane Irene last August. The wall and carpeting were damaged!. The condo insurance paid for repair of the wall:. The Liberty Mutual adjustor came, never looked at the damaged roof, the claim was denied! The policy clearly states that damage caused by rain and wind penetrating the roof is covered by despite any evidence, they refuse this small (under $5000) claim.. I asked for another adjustor, but nothing'. I switched to Allstate, and it's cheaper and the agent said that the policy should have covered the damage.. This company is a disgrace and their customer service is a joke'. They investigate nothing and do even less'. They are very good at taking money but not so good at paying when they should?. I was with them for 22 years with no claims, but apparently, they could care less. 35b1d9c
