This is my last attempt to reach a compromise reagarding the above complaints. My interactions with Liberty truly reflects the company's covert mission. My Woods was very rude and told me he did not have to speak with me. According to Liberty the tree in question was healthy. I have obtained assitance from a tree service expert who inidcated that the section of the tree that fell was diseased and infected with carpenter ants. Also, i have two neighbours who will provide sworn statement reagrding interactions they had with the home owner regarding gthe tree!. One neighbour reported that he had contacted his insurance reaging the tree's condition prior to hurricane Irene:. I have requested tha tinformation from the said insurance..

I have alreadyThe talked to a lawyer, and was waiting to see whether we could come to an agreement since I do not like the way I was treated by the Liberty personnel I will make a complaint'. I have compliled a file to send to the Insurance of connecticut Commissione since Liberty practice in Connecticut!.

just like i can pay a tree expert you could too and you will realize that not all claim is the same,. My son could have died due to a negligent neighbour,who is supported by her insurcance company|.

My next step is to activate the service of the lawyer I have been talking to and also,put Liberty on the Conneticut insurance commissioner's watch list".
