"Self-insured" status means they can abuse and harrass their own employees out of a job. When the screwed employees file work comp claims, the Liberty Mutual corporate office adjustors flat out deny the claims, without investigation or justification!. If you get an attorney, they refuse to cooporate with the attorney and use delay tactics for multiple years, hoping that employees will drop the cases:. I have a spotless driving record, and every year for the past three years Liberty Mutual have increased my policy. Well, I darn mad, and I am not taking it any more, I am switching. I should have been compensated for my perfect driving record, instead I am penalized with increased premium. Just tired and fed up with Liberty Mutual. Bye
