Liberty Mutual is the workers comp carrier for the large bank I work for in Delaware. In 2009 I was diagnosed with carpal tunnel in both hands and with cervical radiculopathy, both conditions were deemed work related by multiple documents. I had carpal tunnel surgery in July of 2009 and they have yet to pay any claims although they have acknowledged this condition as work related, and were ordered to pay carpal tunnel and all prescription claims in 2010 by the Labor Board at a preliminary hearing. In May of this year my attorney put forth a demand for settlement and they have yet to respond!. Due to lack of payment I cannot get further treatment that is needed for my left hand:. They refuse to even discuss the neck issue and due to the inability to get treatment for it for 2 years I now need surgery and am completely bedridden.. I put in 15-20 hour days for this very profitable bank for years and at times was not allowed to go home for more than 2 days in a row". I am permanently and totally disabled and Liberty Mutual just laughs at my debilitating pain,. And yes I've switched lawyers". I'm just totally pissed that Liberty Mutual can ignore court orders and refuse to pay for years". We switched our personal policies away from them as we don't think they would be any better at paying claims on those policies.. Don't even think of getting insurance with this company 35b4131

So still no update even though the final evaluation was done in March of 2011 and a demand for payment was made by my attorney in May. It is almost Christmas. I filed for Social Security in June and no answer yet - my last paycheck is the week before Christmas and my long term disability carrier will not give me an answer till mid January. I hope the executives at Liberty Mutual have a much happier holiday season than I will

I was hurt on the job almost 2 years ago, I got an attorney and the judge awarded me disability and medical expenses. Liberty Mutual has refused to pay my medical expenses and I have yet to see any disabilty money from them. I worry every day if my daughter and I will be homeless next month, meanwhile the pain I'm in is excruciating and LM doesn't care. How can they get away with this???
