In May of 2011, I was stopped at a red light when another driver insured by Liberty Mutual / Safeco hit the rear of my car. Now, it is January of 2012 and this mess is still not fixed. This is a simple claim. There were no injuries, just bent metal!. This should have been finished up in a matter of days:. Instead, they have fought and fought every bit of the way and we are still not over..

I finally got escallated to their "Presidential Services Group," but they have also been unable to get this matter resolved for me'. In fact, a man who works for that Presidential unit, who tells me that he reports directly to the company president, who, therefore, personally represents the company president, just told me that he would not help me and literally hung up on me?. Obviously, this attitude runs all the way through the company from the ground-floor claims adjuster to the president himself:.

Remember, I did not ask for this?. I was the injured party here|. I was hit by their insured. 35b2408

No one in their presidential group would've Hung up on you. I did an internship there for a MBA and had a chance to observe that unit for a month. Those people get called all sorts of names by people who are trying to make an extra buck out of their claims and are nothing but nice. Their calls are all recorded and monitored for quality assurance and they do report to the president of the corresponding business department. 

 

It's amazing to see all the other anonomous posts about liberty and all other insurance companies that are just plain false. It's just other people trying to get negative results to show up in a Google search.
