I have never worked with such a bad insurance. Unfortunately, I was hit by some of their customer. If you are expecting a response back to your phone call or emails, you will get excuses that they never got it - such layers! Emails and leaving phone calls does not help. You never get a response. Good luck. Choose a different insurance is my recommendation - I would recommend AAA. I have AAA and they get back to me on the same day. I understand that they might be busy, but 2 weeks not hearing from a representative is unacceptable for me. 35b2510
