My husband and I were in route to list a home for sale and a young woman ran a
red light and hit us in the passenger door. She had just had another accident, which was also her fault. We were instructed to go to Dr.s and followed thier recommended treatments, which included a shoulder surgery. Our bills totaled 89,000 and are now over $100, 000 with
late fees.
Liberty Mutual wants to pay $15,300 for these dr. bills. Our lawyer said they expect us to file Bankruptcy on the remainder of the bills! Their new attorney, won't call back and now wants all records they already have. What a rip off, we tell everyone not to use Liberty Mutual as they aren't client friendly, this has been going on over the 3 year limit as we filed suit, but can't afford the depasitions. As we were Brokers we aren't working and haven't for years. We are thinking of calling all theise lein holders and telling them to just file the leins against Liberty mutual as that way they will get paid. 12a6891
